Terms of Service


Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Bliss (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.


Description of Service

Bliss is an AI-powered backlog copilot that automatically enriches software tickets so they are ready for development teams and AI coding tools. The Service integrates with third-party tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, GitHub) to process and enhance your ticket content.


Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@trybliss.io of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Submit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written consent
  • Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you submit to the Service (“Your Content”).

By using the Service, you grant Bliss a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service — including sending ticket content to AI inference providers for enrichment.

We do not use Your Content to train AI models without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit any content you provide.


Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Nitzan Ohana and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, service marks, or logos without prior written permission.


Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Jira, Atlassian, Linear, GitHub). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.


Pricing and Payment

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • If payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved.

Free Trial and Beta

We may offer free trial or beta access to the Service. Beta features are provided “as-is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.


Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • AI-generated enrichments will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes
  • Any defects in the Service will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLISS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) €100.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bliss and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) Your Content, or (c) your violation of these Terms.


Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where practicable.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@trybliss.io. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion is handled per our Privacy Policy.


Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you may also contact your local consumer protection authority or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.


Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
